Every summer, over 125 Jewish girls from across the country experience something truly life-changing at CGI Poconos, and for many, it’s only possible because of generous scholarship support.
For these campers, overnight camp is more than fun and friendship. It’s their one immersive Jewish experience of the year. It’s where they gain confidence, Jewish pride, and lifelong connection to their Jewish identity.
This summer, we need your help to make that happen again.
For years, we’ve raised partial scholarship funds publicly and covered the rest behind the scenes. We kept our public goals modest — usually around $100,000 — because we didn’t want to overwhelm our community.
But the truth is: we’ve been giving out closer to $400,000 in scholarships each year.
This year, we’re going all in on transparency. We’re asking for the full amount it takes to send every girl who needs help to camp. We’re not expanding. We’re not inflating. We’re just being real — because we believe our community is strong enough to handle the truth.
This campaign isn’t a crisis. It’s a turning point. A moment to align our fundraising goals with our actual mission. A chance to come together, raise the bar, and fully fund what we already know makes a difference.
